Hold a Bachelor of Business Administration Majoring in Account at Ndejje University-Kampala, Uganda. He further hold a diploma in Banking and finance Nile Institute of Management studies -Arua Uganda., and currently pursuing diploma in Monitoring and Evaluation in Islamic University (South Sudan).

He has 9 year experiences working with Catholic Relief Service (CRS), Cordaid, World Bank and SSCCSE as M&E officer.

He has strong backgrounds in Monitoring, Evaluation, Accountability, and Learning (MEAL) including project cycle management including but not limited to project development, implementation, monitoring, evaluation and reporting, logical framework development, development of M&E plans, assessments, and surveys, monitoring and capacity building of partner organizations and relevant government departments and line ministries.
