Mr. Arok Mabor Isaac is a seasoned humanitarian and development professional with over eight years of experience in Monitoring, Evaluation, Accountability, and Learning (MEAL), project management, and evidence-based programming in complex and conflict-affected settings. He holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration (Accounting) and has extensive experience in designing, strengthening, and implementing robust MEAL systems that support effective program delivery, accountability, and organizational learning.
Mr. Isaac possesses strong expertise across the full project cycle, including results framework development, indicator tracking, baseline and endline assessments, survey design, data collection and analysis, impact evaluations, reporting, and the use of evidence to inform strategic decision-making. He is highly proficient in quantitative data analysis using statistical software such as Stata and SPSS, as well as digital data collection platforms including Kobo Collect, ODK, and CommCare.
Throughout his career, Mr. Isaac has supported humanitarian and development interventions targeting vulnerable populations, with a strong focus on community participation, accountability to affected populations (AAP), and inclusive programming. He combines technical MEAL expertise with practical field experience to strengthen data quality, promote learning, and ensure that programs respond effectively to community needs.
His professional experience includes leading MEAL functions at the African Christian Ecumenical Alliance (ACEA), supporting monitoring and learning initiatives with Catholic Relief Services (CRS) and Cordaid, and serving as a Case Worker under World Bank-supported programs. His technical competencies include Project Cycle Management, Cash-Based Transfers (CBT), Post-Distribution Monitoring (PDM), assessments, capacity building, beneficiary feedback mechanisms, data management, and program performance monitoring.
Mr. Isaac is committed to promoting accountable, transparent, and results-oriented programming through the generation and use of reliable evidence to improve the quality, effectiveness, and sustainability of humanitarian and development interventions.
